On 5/20/11, I switched from Time Warner Cable as my internet provider to ATT Uverse. I set up all my email accounts on my Outlook 2003 software now using ATT Uverse, just like I had done with Time Warner Cable. My email accounts all work fine EXCEPT that all links in all emails will not work . When I try to click on ANY link, I get the following error message:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have not changed anything on my PC except for changing internet providers. ATT Uverse has been of no help to me on this.

I really would like to be able to use links from inside my emails again!

Hi BrainD.

Check this link out - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049 - This appears to be a Microsoft fix for the issue you are describing.

I think the link you sent me for MS Fixit worked! I tried it before I went to work this morning and it seemed to work. I could get email links to work. I didn't have time to test more than one link before I went to work, so I will do more thorough testing when I get home from work. This should be about 9 hours from now. I'll keep you posted on the results then.
Thanks.
