Malwarebytes Error - Protection Disabled (Start Service) Failed to pe

I just recently used Malwarebytes to assist in removing a bad Google Redirect malware...worked great...however, after purchasing the Malwarebytes program I noticed that the Protection enable box is disabled...with the following error message: (start Service) failed to perfrom desired action, Error Code 1068

Also SCHEDULER has the same error.

Let me know what I can do. Thanks.
