I just noticed that the fan on the video card is not moving. Should it be? It moves manually. Should this not be automatic?

I think that resolves the problem as to whether or not the video card is bad. No fan means a lot of heat, which means it will not work properly

Okay. I will go and get another video card. What info do I need to take with me? Just Dell model #?
