Hi, just when I had solved a problem with my desktop I got a malicious virus that won't let me download anything.

It looks like the firewall virus and I've been able to beat those before but this one won't let me download anything. I tried to do the steps prior to posting this but it will not let me download anything. I've also tried to do it via flash drive but this will not let me run programs either.

I've tried accessing safe mode, restoring to original settings but the F buttons won't work. I'm not sure if it is my keyboard or if it is the actual windows program. One of my family members took it to some guy to get fixed and we came back with some sort of weird windows xp in spanish.

I'd really just like to start from factory settings if there's any way to do this. I don't have the disc or at least I don't think I do...
