Hi all! Been a long long time since I posted on here! WOW!

I am in the market for a netbook. I Currently own a 17" HP Dv7t model (with i7 and all that good stuff), which is a pain to haul around. I also use the notebook as my main machine and of late it heats up quite a bit and I feel that a second machine is in order.

I am not sure of what is out there and am not sure if I need a dual-core machine for my netbook. Also, is there a big difference with the dual core and the single machine - as far as performance goes?

I was looking at the Gateway LT2802U model from bestbuy for 239. Anyone have thoughts? I would like to keep it under 300$

Thanks

Sunny
