recognizing cellphone as a video capture device

i am running windows 7 and i have a samsung galaxy x 2 and i want my computer to reconize it as a webcam "video cature device" so i can use my time lapse software with it. i can't find anything out there to do that any info or help would be great :)

sorry, but the camera on the cell phone is only designed to be used with the cell phone. you can either take video with it, store it on the sd card and then edit it on the computer, but not the way your approaching it. the phone will only be recognized with the pc as a data storage device.
