could not connect to itunes store please help

hi guys, im experiencing difficulty on connecting to the itunes store.. im currently using avast as my antivirus software and already included itunes in my firewall's exception list.. i've already read some of the threads regarding my concern and sill wasn't able to connect to itunes store.. im currently using windows vista.. i would really appreciate your help guys.. also i've attached some pics regarding my concern..

I am having the exact same probem and I have Mcafee. I am also unable to download any other programs at this time.
