I am using MS Office 2007 with MS Office Outlook 2007 on Win7 for 64 bit.
All of a sudden, Outlook will not allow me to download anything. When I view an e-mail and attempt to down load something in it (like a recipe). I get the following message:

“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer."

Please contact your System Administrator.”
This happens on all e-mails that I try to download from. I have not, knowingly, changed anything. I am the “system administrator”.
Any help or guidance you can render will be most appreciated.
Thanks, eddie460

Hi eddie460:

A quick question - Are you on a Domain, in which case are you administering that too?
