Sorry topic title too long, not a experienced computer "geek" Has anyone heard of a phony virus alert form smart security which has installed itself in my computer, could this be the source of stolen email address? How can I get it out? I was told to change my password and run a virus scan. I ran rogers protection and windows defender both said everything was fine, I also ran hijack this but none of the boxes were checked and I see form your introduction that I am not to post that here. Not sure what to do!
Any help would be appreciated
THank-you
