Sounds like you have Intel whether you want it or not :) . What is the make and model number of the laptop and why do you think it should have the Nvidia Geforce GT 330M 1GB?

A laptop only has one video device, built into the system board so there is no way to switch to another.

What does Device Manger say about your video card? Click Start and type device manager then press enter when Device Manager shows at the top of the list. Expand the Display Adapters section and post what it says here please.
