I've had Outlook Express 2003 for a while now and just yesterday when I try to access my email
The start up wizard pops up and I can't get rid of it
I haven't been able to check my emails as the box pops up and I can't get around it

Help please

Do you mean Outlook 2003?

How are you trying to access your email... through Outlook? Have you been able to use Outlook normally without the wizard starting or have you just tried to use Outlook?

I normally would click on my Email link which is Outlook Express and not have the Outlook wizard pop up

What has changed recently that I can no longer do this ?

If you click Start > Run > "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" > OK
Does Outlook Express open?

Is Outlook Express listed as the default email program?
Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs tab > Email drop-down

If you click Start > All Programs > right-click on Outlook Express and select Properties...
is "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" in the Target box?

yes for all 3 questions

And yet when you click Start > All Programs > Outlook Express to start Outlook Express and get your email, the Outlook wizard starts?

I don't normally access my email in that fashion
I click start and go to my email link which is outlook express or so it says so and by going that route the wizard pops up

Recently since i've experienced a problem i'm clicking start and going through outlook express directly and this seems to get me in to my email without the wizard popping up

My question is what has changed in the last few days that I can't my access my email as I used to ?

I don't know what your "email link" looks like but it sounds like the properties of the link have changed. Why not pin Outlook Express to your Start menu and use that to access your email?
