Error 1311

When installing office 2010 i get the message 'Error 1311 Source file not found d:\ SKU011.cab' Retry won't work. All other machines on network are loading OK -help!!

Sounds like the optical drive on that one computer is having problems reading the disc. You could try making a copy of the disc and install from that, see if it works then.

Or you could swap the optical drive with one from a computer that was able to install Office, see what that does for you.
