Norton 360 Premier Edition Problem

When I run the Diagnotic Report on Norton, I get the message that I have inoperable hardware device. My wireless HP Printer is what comes up. I uninstalled the printer and everything was great on the Diagnotstic Report. When I reinstalled the printer, the same message appeared. Am I downloading it incorrectly? Thanks.
