Notebook keyboard problem

I thought this might be helpful to someone with the same problem. The keyboard on my Sony notebook suddenly began giving incorrect characters on the right side of the keyboard. I had trouble finding the answer. It was on the Sony.com support web site. Be sure the NumLock key is OFF. That solved the problem instantly.
