Blue Screen of Death after running Scandisk and defrag

Hi, I was trying to clean up my pc a bit and did a boot-time defrag and scandisk using Puran defrag. Now something seems to be very wrong... IF my pc will boot up completely, if I try to do anything it immediately goes to the "blue screen of death" (BSD)... saying it's wanting to do the memory dump thing.

I'd run an OTL scan, but like I said, as soon as I try to do anything with it after it boots up, it suddenly goes to the BSD. Please help... I'm using my spare pc to send post this message.

How do I get past the BSD?

Thank you for your help!
