Hi! I have tried all the previous steps you advised and nothing works. I believe I am infected with DesktopHiJack and TrojanZlob because my NortonAntiVirus failed to quarantine those two. I have tried scanning with nearly 8 different programs and things are removed but it seems as if nothing changes. My desktop wallpaper went away and has been replaced with a black screen with a large clickable icon that is immobile saying "Warning! Secure Yourself..."blah blah, and when I click on the icon, it links me to http://www.antivirus-gold.com/?wm= . I have no idea what to do. Here is my log.
