I have a problem accessing the following site http://216.23.235.38/ I get a website under construction message. I have tried lowering my privacy settings and using different browsers and PC's but nothing seems to work. I used to be able to access the site but I suddenly got the website under constuction reply.
Please help!

This is a problem with the website itself.
All you can do is contact the webmaster.
Nothing you change or do is going to make any difference until the site owner fixes it.
