I am trouble. I have set up three email accounts from Outlook Express but seemingly the emails keep arriving under the one outlook folder. I am trying to organise that my Dad receives his mail overseas in his folder and my sister also on their web mail. Currently its all coming to me and they are unable to receive any.Microsoft wanted to charge 50dollars consul fee any help would be great thanks

You need to actually setup 3 different email accounts on your ISP's mail server. The exact process and/or availability with whatever ISP you use can vary. I use Road Runner and I have to to go the website and setup the email accounts then I can link the new identies in OE to the new accounts. Some ISP's only give you one account though.
