Hello All..........trying to troubleshoot a pc for a friend, Dell XPS 630i, will not connect to internet. When I go under device manager, I see the yellow exclamation mark under the network adapter, code 31........any suggestions ?

.....just downloaded an installed updated drivers for the nforce controller to no avail......
