Windows Security Problems...HELP!

Yesturday I shut down my computer to finish some updates, when I turned the computer back on there was a security username and password, that I never had before, its not letting me do anything I can't even shut it down normally now. I can't get past the security and get into my computer to take the security off. Please I really need some help!!!

What is the operating system of the computer in question?
