For a month or so AVG has been telling me that it's found the Win32/Heur. From what I've read online, a lot of people's problems have been "false positives", but I'm certain mine is not because I've noticed my computer freezing and it's performance getting worse. This is a new laptop that has run perfectly up until now. Attached is the OTL log, I really hope someone here can help me with this. If any more information is needed then please ask away.
