I'v formatted my PC with a fresh Windows 7 CD, installed all the drivers from the MOBO CD.

Since the format I'v started having download problems. my download speed just drops to 0KB/S with no further warning or just freezes on the same download speed and doesn't download until i restart the download. it happens with YouTube videos with WoW updater and just every program that uses the internet actually.

I tried updating all of my drivers through the Windows 7 updater and the device manager but the problem is still there what should i do ?

thanks in advance : )
