Seems to be caused by the banking software on your system.

At this point yes and if the issue resolves then I would suggest contacting your bank and letting them know so they can research the issue or talk you through how to update it or correct the the issue from their end. It does seem to be a known issue with their software so I would be surprised if they don't already have a resolution for the problem.

Ive just had another BSOD the who crashed log follows.also the C: drive partition is full again and I have run TFC and the ATF Cleaner and neither program had any effect on the abount of free space

I see no WhoCrashed log and if the drive is filling up that quick and you are not adding anything to the drive then it may be caused by malware.

earlier today I had a couple of hundred meg now I have 1.7GbI have avast running and spybot

Yeah your whocrashed shows Rappart again. That was on the 16th
1.7 gigs of free space? If you only had a couple of 100 megs earlier then you actually gained free space.
