Welcome to Geeks to Go!
I need you to do me a huge favor. Please set your system to show hidden files. Click this link to learn how: http://www.xtra.co.n...1916458,00.html

After hidden files are showing, please locate this folder using Windows Explorer (you won't be able to find it by "search"):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles

When you find this folder, please right-click on it and go to "Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder". It will create a file called "LogFiles.zip" in the system32 folder. Please right click on the "LogFiles.zip" file you just made and go to "explore". A new window will open up. Go up to "File", then click "Add a password". Please use the password smittrojan confirm the password. Then I will need you to e-mail me this zipped folder. Please let me know when you've done this so I can PM you my e-mail address then we can get to cleaning your system!
