Hi Guys,

After conducting a brief search within this forum I too am having the same annoying malware/trojan horse issue of loadingwebsite.com together with its affilated URLs of sportsresults.com, 9ringtones.com and jamster.com.au.

Your help and assistance towards my query would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,
Adrian

*Download LSPFix.exe to a convenient location.
*Close all Internet Explorer Windows, and run the program by doubleclicking "LSPfix.exe".
*Put a checkmark next to the "I know what I'm doing" Button.
*Locate the file below under "Keep" on the left-hand side:

aklsp.dll

*Click on this file to highlight it (if there are more than one entry for this file please follow the below instructions for them all)
*Once the above file is highlighted, click the ">>" to remove it.
*Once all instances of aklsp.dll are over in the "Remove" panel, click "Finish>>"
*Do NOT remove any other files otherwise you will lose connection to the Internet.

Hi Bananafanafo,
Many thanks for your prompt reply.

I have followed your instructions as per above and have removed the aklsp.dll within LSPFix.

Could you please advise if there is anything further for me to do.

Many thanks,
Adrian

There is definitely more to do ;) Sorry, I should have posted something after the LSPFix :tazz:

When you run the below program, please let me know if you receive an error message about "not suitable for running MS-DOS" - or anything similar to that.
Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune....oads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads....org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Thank you so much again for your very prompt reply.

I once again have followed your instructions and have conducted the l2mfix scan.

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log, and we'll clean up what's left. :tazz:

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!

Hi Bananafanafo,

I have completed your instructions as per your last post and all went very smoothly except for the unreg.bat where it was unable to add or fix the files as per your description.

But apart from that all was completed without a hitch.

Please find listed below the latest HiJackThis log

I need you to copy all of the Killbox instructions below and paste them into Notepad and save it.

* Please download the Killbox by Option^Explicit.

* Save it to your desktop.

* Run Killbox.exe.

* Select "Delete on Reboot".

* Open the Notepad file where you saved these instructions earlier, and copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them then press CTRL + C

C:\WINDOWS\gator*.log

* Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

* Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt. If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

After your computer reboots, please delete these folders (in bold):

C:\Program Files\MyWay
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs
C:\WINDOWS\system32\F?nts <-Be careful! Do NOT delete the Fonts folder!

Download, install, and run CleanUp! It deletes EVERYTHING out of temporary/temp files and does not make backups. If you have anything you need in temporary folders, back it up or move it prior to running cleanup! This needs to be done to get rid of anything else hiding out in temporary files.

Post one more HijackThis log!

Hi Bananafanafo,

I have 90% completed your latest instructions yet I could not remove or find 2 out of the 3 files you have asked me to delete.
The files I could not delete or find are:
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs
C:\WINDOWS\system32\F?nts

I managed to locate and delete C:\Program Files\MyWay

Could you please advise if you would still like me to continue with the last process of now running CleanUp! and a final HJT log or because I could not locate the files you requested for me to delete do I require alternate instructions????

Awaiting your reply.....
Cheers
Adrian
