Hey, by the way, my Firefox addons/extensions have disappeared, for example, Ad-Block Plus, Noscript, etc? Do I not need those anymore?

They can be re-installed as they were compromised

I saw no indication of a key logger - but, it is always prudent to change important passwords to be sure
