Firstly a big 'Hi' to all on GTG :) I'm venturing into my second completely clean-build (three altogether including my first build which was based on a barebones setup), and so joined GTG as it seems a very good forum where I could get inspiration from...

For this new build I'm looking at the following:
650W single +12V rail PSU.
A Socket AM3 M'board.
AMD Athlon II dual-core or tripple-core.
Initial 4GB DDR3 RAM, eventually 6GB.
1x 500 GB HD for OS + Progs.
1x 320 GB HD for data.
ATI 1GB Gxf Card (no crossfire).
Heatsink, case fans, etc.

Already have a standard midi-tower case with lower-front 120mm fan which should
work well with the PSU fan top-rear.
