Microsoft office enterprise 2007 - install prob

Hi, I am trying to install Microsoft office enterprise 2007 onto a laptop - i enter the product key, it looks as if it's going to start installing, I then get an error message - the error report contents say that the following files will be included in this error report

C:\DOCUME~1\ruthh\LOCALS~1\TEMP\SetupExe(201107231616458BC).log

I have tried browsing to this file but seem unable to find it.

The error before that says it's an unexpected error and would i like to forward it to Microsoft.

Any ideas why this will not install as I have just successfully installed it on my pc, although it's my laptop I need it on.
Any help will be gratefully appreciated - many thanks

I probably should of added this is on XP, any other details you require?
