FB Didnt Function Properly after malware attack

i didnt realize was hit by a virus until i found my firefox has being shut off and popup security alert on the right handside of my taskbar showing "trojan detected and click here to activate anti-malware program".I believe it was a fake tools and it continuously asking me to activate the tools,i cant connect to the internet,even i open firefox,flock,ie or whatsoever even try system restore also didnt work,it will force shutdown any tools or programs that i've been trying to open.what i did was,i restart my laptop in a safe mode,run full scan of mc afee antivirus,restart delete the fake malware shortcut,empty recycle bin,and i'm able to connect to the internet,open website but my problem is fb games not loading and fb chat also not loading,my browser sometimes freeze so do my other opened application..need help so badly..thx
