I've tried a few things, since it seems to be related to windows updates. I've tried updating to the latest version, turning of automatic updates and even disabling the service from running at all. I even deleted those two files, but they respawned about 5 seconds later! Nothing has worked so far. Please help. I've spent hours hunting google and havent found a solution.
