it's out of a truck engine electronic control module. This is only a very small part of it..........it goes on like that for a 100 pages ! lol

Sorry, but I don't think disassembling/decoding software without permission is allowed here.
However it is simple hex code, and should be easy to decode.

I suggest you make your own. It is just text encoded as hex.
However, the decoding might be illegal, so I will say no more.
