i have manage to get started reinstalling windows, but when it gets to the window stating put in disk to install device drivers another window comes up saying "no device drivers were found. make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click ok, i did try to install from the drivers and utilities dvd but that same message keeps coming up. system is windows vista, can someone help ?

Go to the website of the people who made the computer. All the drivers you need are there. Usually you can look up by model number.
