Outlook 2007 Contacts freezes with new entry

When I attempt to update a contact or add a new contact, once I get into the address/telephone number areas of the entry page, Contacts freezes and does not correct/repair itself. After I've run repair under the Control Panel for Windows 7 (and also done re-installs) problem is immediate resolved but then reappears after one or two re-boots. Thoughts?

Well, obviously no one else has experienced this problem or no one knows how to fix it. I tried.
