I managed to do step 1 and I think I finished step 2 also.

If you did the second step then I would like to see OTL fix log. Please open Windows Explorer and navigate to that file here C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\mmddyyyy_hhmmss.log, where mmddyyyy_hhmmss is the date of the tool run and copy it to USB memory stick. Then post it's content from your clean computer.
