Recently my laptop is working slow , takes too much time to load a page , download a program, few second blanks and often it becomes not responding again after sometime itself works , just now i re activated kayspersky , does it do any changes ? or my original RAM has been changed?
(laptop works normally before given it for anti-virus re-activation to the shop) how can i check my original RAM changed ? Experts please help me to solve my problem, please explain the possibilities and causes for this and how to rectify these? thank you .
