Hello,

I'm using Compaq Presario C500, Windows Vista. The problem is when I try to connect to the internet using 3G USB modem, there's an exclamation mark appear instead of earth symbol on notification area. I clicked on it and it says 'Limited Connection'. There's nothing wrong with the USB modem, it works fine on other laptop. I tried re-installing the USB modem driver but no luck. Is this had something to do with the registry?

I think it all started when I uninstalled Mozilla Firefox (actually, force uninstall using IObit Uninstaller since I can't use standard uninstall). Then I use the IObit Disk Cleaner & remove junk files (backup/temp/log). Since then, I can't connect to the internet. Any ideas?

Thanks...
