oi, i really need help. I want to remove ubuntu from my pc! Ive tried installing windows but it can. Iv tried everything! There is no other os on the pc.

Have you tried booting using a Linux Live cd and delete all partitions on the hard drive first?
This will leave the drive with no active partitions and then the OS disk can setup the partition it needs to run.
