hello there!!

This question might be sound bit cheeky, but after I run a quick scan for my PC using the OTL tool, I found at its *.txt log file some sensitive information that I don't understand why do you need this information. so please explain me how can I trust you that you don't grab some sensitive information like passwords etc, from my PC?

You really think we spend 10s of thousands of hours removing malware, teaching others to remove malware, and developing software tools to remove malware in an effort to dupe you into revealing your passwords in a publicly posted text file? There are no passwords revealed in any logs that we request. There is 100% transparency.

The only thing remotely concerning to you might be if you use your full surname as computer user name. However that pales in comparison to what you reveal if you ever connect to the internet using a smart phone, or have a Facebook account. Like anywhere, you are responsible for what you post online. Free to change any user names, or remove any information you aren't comfortable sharing from any requested logs. However, so as to avoid confusion, you should reveal to the person helping that information has been deleted or modified.

Hey i trust these guys they have helped me many times over and different staff members each time pretty much. they have helped me not only with viruses on my own computer but my friends as well and they generally get the job done with great results.

Please review the logs requested on ANY online forum and most are the same.
They will usually request OTL or DDS logs that basically always contain the same information.
GeekstoGo, BleepingComputer, Malwarebytes (to name 3) and all other online forums need this to diagnose your problems.
All information contains your problems, and a few minor bits of computer details that are also needed.
This from Admin should answer all your questions in one sentence.
