Undo Mbrcheck.exe

I have run mbrcheck.exe and it detected a non standard mbr.

I ran it and rewote the windows xp mbr.

Now i have a bsod 0x7b, is there a way I can reverse this and put the old mbr code back from the .bak file it created.
