[inspector needs a comp]

I suspect it is the msblast worm because no win. 7 updates are allowed and if so will revert changes.Uses RPC which has a password (system then services)and causes the comp. to go to blue screen (crash) because of the values set and have to do a system restore every time.it uses wi-max,fax,skype etc. for remote access!it always disables my firewall,antivirus which was kaspersky at the time of infection and malwarebytes wont touch it.OTL seems to just irritate it and always see a flash (command prompt?and after restore see command prompt ...seaport?)when running OTL and combofix.I just dump to a file during this scan?Can someone help me get rid of this nightmare as i desperately need comp. for work.
