My Philips HDD 120 MP3 Player will not download from my computer. I bought it from a liquidator thinking I was getting a great deal, and it didn't come with software. I downloaded the Digital Music Manager from the customer web site, but it still fails to recognize the device. I was told I need a driver, but can't find them on the internet. Please let me know if there is anywhere that I can go for help. Thanks.
