Download the recovery console ISO from Here
Also download Imgburn from here and install

Once Imgburn is installed double click the ISO to burn to disc

• Insert the disc and select start from the cd. Instructions for this here
• Select Repair your computer.
• Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next
• Select command prompt
• Type in the following command
  
  Bootrec.exe /FixMbr
  
• Once finished type Exit

Allow it to do its thing and then try a reboot to normal windows
Post a new aswMBR scan

Hello,

Normally, you would have to find another usable computer to make the CD, but as long as you don't mind resetting the computer to factory default, you can do that, boot into windows and then do the CD

Restoring to factory settings didnt work! The same thing happened! What do i do? It was fine until I put in the command prompt. Is there any way to undo that? I put a space in it. Also. If I put the iso on a flash drive instead of a cd would that work?

Yes, here are the instructions for a USB. You'll have to find a clean system to do this though..

IMPORTANT:
You will need a flash drive with a size of 512 Mb or bigger. Make sure that you do not leave anything important on the flash drive, as all data on it will be deleted during the following steps.

  • Download OTLPEStd.exe from the following link and save it to your Desktop: mirror1.
    
  • Download eeepcfr.zip from the following link and save it to your Desktop: the mirror
    
  • Finally, if you do not have a file archiver like 7-zip or Winrar installed, please download 7-zip from the following link and install it: the mirror
• Once you have 7-zip install, decompress OTLPEStd.exe by rightclicking on the folder and choosing the options shown in the picture below. Please use a dedicated folder, for example OTLPE, on your Desktop
  
  
  
  
• Open the folder OTLPEStd which will be created in the same location as OTLPEStd.exe and right-click OTLPE_New_Std.iso. Select 7-Zip and from the submenu select Extract files... and extract the content onto your Desktop in a OTLPE folder:
  
  
  
  
• Please also decompress eeepcfr to your systemroot (usually C:\).
  
• Empty the flash drive you want to install OTLPE on.
  
• Go to C:\eeecpfr and double-click usb_prep8.cmd to launch it.
  
• Press any key when asked to in the black window that opens.
  
• As indicated in the image, make sure you have selected the correct flash drive, before proceeding.
  For Drive Label: type in OTLPE.
  Under Source Path to built BartPE/WinPE Files click ... and select the folder OTLPE that you created on your Desktop.
  Finally check Enable File Copy.
  
  
  
  
  
• Click on Start, accept the disclaimers and wait for the program to finish.

Your bootable flash drive should now be ready!

What do I do if it says "No USB Disks found!" It's plugged in. I can copy the files normally. But PeToUSB won't detect my flash drive
(I'm using my sister's computer for this)
Can I still use this flash drive if I just drag and drop the OTLPE folder onto it? If so I have done that already. What do I do now?

Hello,

Download this tool, install it and run it
Select the DiskImage button.
Browse for the Recovery Console iso image you downloaded at post #16
Set your USB drive letter. Note that all existing data on that drive will be deleted
Click OK
When it finished burning, follow the instructions at post #16, but boot from the USB instead of the CD though

Hello,
At the moment, there isn't any tested way for these programs to run from a USB Drive, so if you could find a blank CD you would save both of us time.
After this, follow the instructions on post #16

Alright. I have to go a bit of a ways to find a blank cd and a computer that can burn cds. But I will reply when I get the necessary components. I just want to take a moment to say thank you. I know this is a difficult process. Especially since I'm not the most competent person with computers.

I've found a working way to burn the Windows Recovery iso to a USB. If you have already found a CD then use the CD

• Download WinToFlash to your Desktop and Extract the archive
• Extract the vrd32.iso image you downloaded at post #16 to a dedicated folder in the Desktop named vrd32
• Run WinToFlash application and accept the EULA
• When you get here, click Advanced mode:
  
• At the task select Transfer WinPE Vista/2008/7/8 to a USB drive
• Click Run
• At the PE files source path select the vrd32 folder from your Desktop
• At the USB drive select your USB Drive. All data on it will be lost
• Click Run
• Allow it to finish
• Then boot your computer from the USB
• Select Repair your computer.
• Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next
• Select command prompt
• Type in the following command
  

  Bootrec.exe /FixMbr

• Once finished type Exit
• Allow it to do its thing and then try a reboot to normal windows
• Post a new aswMBR scan

Where did you see that? I'm trying it now with Windows 7 and it's working normally
