Cant connect to any pc game servers

I am running a windows 7 laptop.
I am having this problem to where i cant access any servers for any of my bittorrents or pc games. I can play on xbox live no problem and go on and off the internet as i please and my firewall is off. Ive tried the run reset stuff but its not working. any suggestions please

We will help everyone we can, unless you are in violation of our -Terms of Use-, which you clearly are.
The fact you are requesting help with P2P applications (torrents) is the first (see entry 3.q), but the belief I have you did not obtain that game legally (3.p) is FAR WORSE !!!
You are at risk of contracting malware, if you didn't already...
