I have BT b/b & have signed up for Fon I have a M/Home & alot of sites I stay on are in the country. Would a WiFi antenna help me to locate a hotspot. If so would it be better to buy an aerial or purchase the parts & build it.
Thanks for any info you can give me

a good antenna will certainly help in picking up wireless connections. I prefer a usb wireless adapter with the option to connect an external antenna.

for reference: http://www.smallnetb...part-4-antennas

A directional antenna will give you more range and possibly a stronger/better connection. Your mileage will vary. You can also make one: http://www.instructa...b-wifi-antenna/
