Error 62: Input past end of file

This is the error I get when I try to log on to the program I use to work. I have XP Pro with Word 2003. This program needs IE to operate as well as Word 2003. When I go to log on, I get this error box: "ESMTStateExe has encountered an unexpected problem. The details of the problem are displayed below. You may continue to work within ESMTStateExe.

Error 62: Input past end of file
in ESMTStateExe.clsStateMainPostListRetrievalRequests
The error occurred at line 555.

Nobody has been able to help me nor can I find any info on the web. Not even the program techs have responded to me. This, I believe, is a program error. Everything else runs smooth with no glitches. I use another program with Word 2003 and it runs fine -- all day. It is something with the program EditScript and I am going to lose it here shortly. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Thank you so much!
