The other day I booted up and a black screen appeared with the words...
"Disk boot failure...Insert system disk and press enter"

I've gotten this screen once before, maybe 4 yrs ago on a different computer, and I remember having to re-install my OS.

But this time - and I'm not sure why I did this - I pressed Ctrl+alt+delete, and it took me to the Startup screen, and everything proceeded as normal.
I've re-booted 3 or 4 times since then and all is normal.

???

Any thoughts on this?
