i just got a new desktop and i hooked it up to my 32" panasonic viera via HDMI cable and around all the sides there is about a inch not being used is there a way to fix it ? its at the max resolution that it lets me do also so im stumped =S

Try switching the "zoom options" of your screen, or auto-adjust.
You might get results from switching to other resolutions as well...

i figured it out i had to do some things with my video card to get it fit in the screen
