My laptop restarts by itself?! Help!!!!!?

I really have a problem with my laptop!!!

it's going crazy and also me :'(

I really need help, some advice..

I'm at the desktop right now, I'm not in my laptop because I can't, doesn't let me at all.

When I restart the computer, everything looks fine and then a blue screen suddenly appears and then dissapears and again it restarts again and so on, again the blue screen appears for about 2 or 3 seconds, then it dissapears and the machine restarts again and again....

I have tried pressing f8 with the safe mode, and all its options, even there was one that says start with the last good settings, and nothing!! it restars and restarts and it's never ending!

Do you have any idea how to fix this? I have looked for this in the internet but there's no solution, and now im posting hoping someone can help me.. :)

Doesn't work at all with the f8 thing. What should I do?? there might be other options like pressing f9 or f10?

My laptop has no cd, should I get one to format it? if so where can I get it or buy it?

Thanks to god I have a desktop to type you guys, otherwise I would be dead and crying :s

Waaaaaaaaa I don't know what to do!! I hope you can help me with this
I hope I can get any response from you, any advice will be well appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Have a nice time guys.

Cya soon hopefully.

Kind Regards!!!!!!!!

Antonella =)
