Internet connectivity issues

My internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting automatically over and over again every few minutes. I have noticed that this problem does not happen in safe mode. I've tried a ton of things to fix this, and I now think it may be some sort of virus or program running in the background thats causing this problem. I've created a hijackthis log and i was hoping someone could take a look at it and see if they notice anything that shouldn't be there.
