You must not check the drive itself, but the windows folder that's in it. SW_PRELOAD is your windows drive.
You need to open otlpe. At the dialog expand SW_PRELOAD and then select the windows folder inside it.
Click ok

Did you do that and you're told that target is not windows 2000 or newer?

Hello
Preload may no be your windows drive. Please check all the drives if they have this directory:
[DriveLetter]:\Users\LENOVO\Desktop\tools
That's the tools folder that you created on the Desktop and put all the tools there.
Check which drive has this directory and tell me

From what I see at the drives you posted, I believe that Lenovo is the windows drive but check and see

Ok then. The error you get is that most probably you don't select the correct folder in OTLPE.
Start computer from the OTLPE CD and then double click OTLPE from the Desktop
A dialog like this will appear:
Posted Image
Click the black Arrow near Preload drive:
Posted Image
If you do this, a lot of folders will appear.
Scroll down until you find the folder named Windows
Click it. If you do this correctly, many other folders will appear and at the bottom of the dialog will appear:

Folder: Windows

Like this

Click OK.
If you still get that error, then stop and tell me
Otherwise continue with post#123

Cant i kill the process that is running it? if i take a look at running proceses?

igfxpers.exe
seems to be using alot of memory and it is a module?

Just a theory but could this be the culprit?

You can check the processes but there's nothing bad there you can find.
Try to disconnect from the internet
